These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtk7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdtk7 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook and all related services available at bdtk7.io (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the bdtk7 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bdtk7. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on bdtk7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdtk7 does not permit access or account registration to any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots and third-party operators are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• You must not already hold an active bdtk7 account. Each player is permitted a maximum of one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

bdtk7 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. bdtk7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at the time of registration, prior to any withdrawal, or following any transaction or activity that triggers an internal review.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Age: Any document establishing date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank account used for deposits or withdrawals.

All documents submitted must be clear, legible, unaltered and in date. bdtk7 may reject documents that do not meet these standards and request resubmission. Until KYC verification is complete to our satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be placed in a pending state. bdtk7 accepts no liability for delays in processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

All financial transactions on the bdtk7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other supported payment methods as displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are generally credited to your bdtk7 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdtk7 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any funds received from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3. bdtk7 targets same-day processing for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad, though processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
• bdtk7 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or in breach of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.

bdtk7 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified bdtk7 account, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are calculated on the gross bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

All games available on bdtk7 are supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All game outcomes on bdtk7 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and outcomes conducted under controlled studio conditions. bdtk7 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, the official governing body's ruling is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtk7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on bdtk7 under any name, identity or device.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games or tournaments.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including use of offsetting bets, duplicate account registrations or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay risk.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, auto-clickers or any automated betting or gaming software to interact with the platform.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to bdtk7.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false identity information, using another person's identity or payment method, or providing counterfeit KYC documentation.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdtk7 platform to deposit, layer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bdtk7 will report any suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, miscalculated odds or any system vulnerability to obtain an unfair financial advantage.

All content on the bdtk7 platform — including but not limited to the bdtk7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, database structures, promotional materials and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtk7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdtk7 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works based on any bdtk7 content without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdtk7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all cases where bdtk7's liability is not excluded, our total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to bdtk7 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
